At Artisan Shop, each of our handcrafted items is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of handmade products, our return policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Slight variations in color, size, or finish are expected in handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.
3. How to Request a Return
- Please email us at artisanshop092@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Due to limited stock and the handmade nature, we may not always be able to offer a direct replacement.
6. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
