OVERVIEW This website is operated by Artisan Shop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Artisan Shop. SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION (HANDCRAFTED NATURE)

Our products are handcrafted by artisans. Because of this:

  • Slight variations in color, size, or finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 3 - PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • MRP: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
  • Payments: We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).

  • In compliance with the Legal Metrology Act, the package will contain the manufacturer/importer details and the net quantity of the product.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

  • Returns: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
  • Cancellations: We do not impose unilateral cancellation charges unless similar charges are also applicable if we cancel the order.

SECTION 6 - DATA PRIVACY (DPDPA 2023 COMPLIANCE)

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as required to process orders and improve our service. You have the right to withdraw consent and request deletion of your data by contacting our Grievance Officer.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Artisan Shop shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
